As first time home buyers, we were very new to the whole process and we lived out of state when we started looking to buy a house in PA, so it was all a little overwhelming for us. She was amazing to work with virtually, helping us learn more about the area, setting up calls with us to talk through things and she ultimately gave us a better sense of how what we were interested in would align well (or not!) with different areas. She was responsive and understanding of our needs and interests, while giving practical advice and suggestions about the local market.
